It is a post apocalyptic world. A vampiric like disease has wiped out the majority of the population on earth. A soldier Ivan Hugh's thinks he's safe within one of the few cities left intact, but falls victim to attack by the infected in his apartment. Knowing he would be murdered once the news is out, he runs, but is soon kidnapped by a strange woman napped Alex Kyzer who injects something in his blood to stop the infection part way She says he's the link the source of the virus and that she needs him to kill the original vampire. And whether he likes it or not he must go with this woman.
